Make your own bread

Make her bread yourself, but why? But because some of us are convinced by the "homemade" and it allows, besides saving money, to vary the gourmet pleasures to infinity with carefully chosen ingredients. And then, the bread homemade, can be kept longer. Finally, it floats in the house this unique smell when it is baked!

Choose your ingredients: flour, water, salt, yeast (or yeast).

Go to the frasage. Hear this: mix the ingredients and continue until the dough does not stick. Let stand about twenty minutes for the flour to drink the water well.

Knead the dough for at least 10 minutes.

Make the passage in the lead. This is to throw on the worktop the dough for a good 5 minutes.

Épull the dough and fold it on itself for 5 minutes.

Cover your dough a warm, damp cloth and let it rise for 3 to 5 hours in a place with a temperature of 24 to 28 degrees. The dough should double in size and when you press your finger, it should reform immediately. If you raise your dough in the fridge, it must spend the night.

Flatten the dough several times to get out the excess air.

Form one (or more) ball (s)) pulling the dough inwards. Place the balls in bowls lined with tea towels and cover them with the sides of the tea towel.

Leave an hour and start preheating your oven to 300 degrees.

Nick your bread before baking it to a depth of about one centimeter with a sharp knife blade.

Bake your bread. After one minute, pour a glass of water into the bottom of the oven and then again after 5 minutes. This will make the dough crisp.

Lower the temperature of your oven at 210 degrees, after about 10 minutes, when the crust has a beautiful color. Continue to lower the temperature if your ball of bread is bulky.

At the end of the oven, let cool bread on a grid.
