Raspberry mousse

A light and quick dessert to make in any season!

Time of realization: 10 minutes.
No cooking.

Raspberry mousse for 4 people

Ingredients of the raspberry mousse recipe:
500 g of raspberries
100 g icing sugar
50 cl of liquid cream
some mint leaves

Preparation of the raspberry mousse:
Keep a few raspberries whole for decoration.
Reduce the remaining mashed fruit, using a blender.
Reserve the coulis raspberries.
In the mixer put the cream and the sugar.
Whip the liquid cream into firm whipped cream and stir in the coulis raspberries by mixing very gently.
Divide the mixture into four cups and refrigerate for at least two hours.
Present the cuts by laying on top a few raspberries whole and a mint leaf.

Chef Mickey's tip:
You can also use raspberries frozen. Just let them defrost before, at room temperature.
