Not only can we help you find the best venue and professionals for your wedding or event, but we can also create a design and aesthetic that is the perfect complement to your style. We consider ourselves your full service event production team for the couple that desires complete event design, rentals, coordination, and implementation. From the time of our first meeting, you will be guided in the selection of all the components that will make your event spectacular. The theme, décor, menu, and venue will be custom designed according to your vision. 

We customize our services for each individual client based on your wedding location, number of guests, and the intricate details. Share your color scheme or vision and we will take the wheel and produce your dream wedding day!

Coordination

Weddings are best spent being stress-free and happy. The day requires structure that is best managed by an experienced professional. Our team provides month-of-support and coordination of the wedding weekend from the start of your rehearsal to the sparkler send-off.

How the process works:

Once you sign our agreement we will provide you with a descriptive preferred vendor list. We highly recommend considering working with the best of the best, and we've worked with enough event professionals to know! The list will give you insight into the vendor's personality and cost level for optimal guidance. Our communication regarding your final wedding plans will begin approximately 45 days prior to the big day.  Your wedding day coordinator will attend a final walk-thru with you and your caterer around the 30-day mark. At this point we will transition all vendor communication through our team. A timeline will be established, inventory of your personal decor taken, and we will ensure all details are covered! The weekend of the wedding, your coordinator will direct the wedding rehearsal and oversee every element of the day from setup to cleanup. This level of coordination is perfect for the most organized bride. A bride feels comfortable managing the majority of the planning process without professional assistance, but realizes the importance of enjoying the day and allowing her friends and family to relax and be a guest! 

Investment for Coordination begins at $1950 (based on a Saturday wedding for 125+ guests.) 
Note we often can provide discounts for couples getting married at one of our preferred venues. This includes Morais Vineyards, Early Mountain Vineyards, Shenandoah Woods, Market at Grelen, Brandy Hill Farm, Walden Hall,  Fauquier Springs Country Club, Airlie Center

Includes: Access to planning tools, discounts on our rental inventory, preferred vendor list, coordinator assistance beginning 45 days prior to the wedding, walk-thru, rehearsal, and two coordinators the day of your wedding. Typically, we do not book basic coordination services for weddings that are more than six months out. 

Management

Wedding Management is our most popular package and our preferred method of working with our clients. It allows us to work side-by-side with our engaged couples as we navigate the many possibilities for the theme, decor, and vendor team. 

How the process works:

From the start of our time together, we are available for unlimited correspondence throughout the planning process. We will match any remaining vendor categories with the best possible professionals based on your style, budget, and priorities. A checklist will be prepared to inform you of important deadlines for planning related tasks, such as sending our Save the Dates, providing your caterer with a final guest count, and obtaining your marriage license. Our team will review quotes and contracts from vendors and advise accordingly. We will schedule a logistics and decor consultation, if needed, at your venue in the early stages. Starting at 45 days out, the coordinator role will begin as described above under "coordination."  

Investment for Management begins at $3200 (based on a Saturday wedding for 125+ guests.) Note we often can provide discounts for couples getting married at one of our preferred venues. This includes Morais Vineyards, Early Mountain Vineyards, Shenandoah Woods, Market at Grelen, Brandy Hill Farm, Walden Hall,  Fauquier Springs Country Club, Airlie Center

Includes: Access to planning tools, discounts on our rental inventory, curated vendor referrals, unlimited communication, 30-day final walk-thru, rehearsal, and two coordinators the day of your wedding. Additionally, we provide our management clients with complimentary gold or silver chargers as well as specialty linens for the sweetheart and cake tables. 

Production

Production is the perfect planning opportunity for engaged couples who either don't really know where to start, or don't necessarily have the time in their day-to-day life to plan their dream wedding.

How the process works:

We strive to get to know you as a couple - how you met, what you like to do for fun, the vibe you want your friend's and family to experience at the wedding. We then present you with the optimal locations, rentals, themes, and vendors to consider. Our team will acquire quotes and contracts from the vendors that are the best fit, read all the fine print, and guide you to making the most important decisions based on the best options that are available. Our team can attend tastings with you or on your behalf, explore wedding venues, and investigate different lodging accommodations while utilizing our years of experience and industry knowledge. This is a very hands-on approach and we only accept an exclusive number of production clients per year. Management and Coordination elements are included in production services. 

Investment for Production begins at $4700. (based on a Saturday wedding for 125+ guests.) Note we often can provide discounts for couples getting married at one of our preferred venues. This includes Morais Vineyards, Early Mountain Vineyards, Shenandoah Woods, Market at Grelen, Brandy Hill Farm, Walden Hall,  Fauquier Springs Country Club, Airlie Center

Includes: Access to planning tools, wholesale rates on our rental inventory, curated vendor referrals and accruement of quotes and contracts, unlimited communication, initial venue walk-thru, 30-day final walk-thru, rehearsal, and two coordinators the day of your wedding. Additionally, we provide our production clients with complimentary gold or silver chargers as well as specialty linens for the sweetheart and cake tables. Small decor items, such as mercury votives and lanterns, may also be utilized complimentary for production clients.

Décor Rentals: We are delighted to offer an extensive (and ever-growing) inventory of fun, versatile props and decor to complete your wedding day vision. Wooden ceremony benches, farm tables, sliding barn doors, lanterns, table numbers, cake stands…it will be great for you to see many of these options in person when you visit the showroom.
