Tips for healthy teeth

Regular brushing after each meal, three times a day and for three minutes remains the best ally of your teeth. The germs and other bacteria proliferate in your mouth and if they are not removed regularly by brushing, they go on the attack causing cavities.

A regular visit to your dentist will prevent cavities and a regular descaling (at least once a year) is essential to eliminate plaque and prevent any inconvenience. It is also about eating well by eating fruits and vegetables: they provide all the nutrients that the teeth need to be healthy.

Calcium is also essential for your bones and therefore your teeth: consume regularly milk, cheese to protect you from a possible loss of teeth. The enamel is remineralized and the gums protected.

We can not emphasize this enough : candies and other confectionery are to be consumed in moderation. The sugar determines the formation of the caries because this sugar remains fixed on the walls of the tooth and sometimes even the brushing does not make it possible to overcome it.

Some foods weaken teeth likethe soft drinks and citrus juices, because their acidity leads to erosion of the enamel.

For a small snack, choose a food that is good for your teeth: a piece of cheese, a yoghurt, a fruit ... They increase the saliva and make it possible to eliminate the waste which remains attached to the walls of the teeth.
 
Our advice

Use dental floss to maintain your teeth at least once a day, making sure to clean the wall of the teeth to the edge of the gums, where the tartar begins to settle.
