Description of wine
The vinification of the cherry gives it a dark red color, between burgundy and garnet. On the nose, we find the whole range of small fruits of the woods, then, after oxygenation, spices, cinnamon in the head. Three parameters characterize his mouth: good tannic structure, elegance and freshness. Here again, all the red fruits pass there, before giving way to a note of leather. All on a very nice length.
