Would eating soy make men infertile?

Should we say goodbye to this little crispy sprout? The soy is good for you, we know. But for our men, it would be less! Harvard researchers have shown a link between the consumption of soy and the fertility male: sperm would be less concentrated in spermatozoa. This would be even more convincing in obese men.

The culprits? The isoflavones contained in the soy. Of the 100 men tested, the researchers noted that sperm count was half as high among those who had eaten soy than in others.

Isoflavones are active chemical elements, which can fill the lack of estrogen or, conversely, block their harmful effect on the body if they are too numerous. All we have left to do is to deprive our man of salads with germs soy !
