5 spices to get back into shape

Cinnamon
Native to India, cinnamon reduces respiratory problems. In case of colds, make an herbal tea by infusing a teaspoon of cinnamon powder in a cup of boiling water for about ten minutes.


Chives
This plant with unknown origins is very useful in case of digestion difficult. You can easily incorporate fresh chives into your salad dressings to flavor your salads. You will digest better!


Turmeric
Originally from Asia, turmeric has been used for millennia by Ayurvedic medicine for its many virtues. It is particularly useful in a detox cure because it purifies the body by eliminating toxins. And since it's also a very good antioxidant, it will help you keep form as part of a slimming diet. Another plus: it will restore taste to your dishes, often a little sad, during the diet.


oregano
Oregano is a mountain plant known for its antiseptic virtues in case of cough but it is also a tonic spice. Take an oregano tea in the morning if you miss energy and drink several times a day to clear the airways in case of coughing.


Marjoram
This plant, widespread in the Mediterranean basin, is effective in relieving stress and anxiety. If you do not feel good, infuse a tablespoon of marjoram in a cup of hot water to make you an herbal tea. Drink two to three cups a day. After a week, you should feel a little more Zen.
