A diet under surveillance

If you do not breastfeed, you can start a small diet upon your return home. Nothing draconian, do not forget that you have just given birth to a beautiful baby who will ask you to eat day and night. You will need strength!

Privilege a food healthy and balanced: fruits, fibers, vegetables ... do not ignore any food, otherwise beware of anemia. Avoid certain combinations during the same meal, such as bread + pasta. Continue taking the vitamins and iron prescribed by your gynecologist for another two months.
