A good sleep, it starts on the plate!

Tip # 1: A light diet
In the evening, nutritionists advise to eat light, avoiding forcing on protein and starchy foods. Prefer a soup and vegetables ... The idea is not to overload the stomach, which delays all the time of falling asleep.

Tip # 2: Drink water ...
