1. Breakfast
To attack the day, it is important to have a good breakfast. And Tracy Anderson offers, to do this, to drink a good smoothie, fresh, and full of vitamin. The coach has a specific recipe, which she shared with the famous Gwyneth Paltrow, and with us (see our article: Tracy Anderson, celebrity coach: a smoothie recipe for Gwyneth Paltrow). 2. Lunch
For lunch, Tracy Anderson recommends "something light, like a salad". In any case, "a lot of green, and vegetables with few calories". You'll understand: exit meals on the go, like paninis, pizzas and others.

3. Afternoon
Tracy Anderson does not ban the small snacks, taken in the afternoon. But be careful, this is not a cookie, a pack of candies, or cakes. The coach of the stars recommends instead to take with you a handful of almonds, to peck whenever you want. A natural source of protein and fiber, they are rich in magnesium, calcium and vitamin E, and will allow you to fill your little hunger.

4. Dinner
The evening, "treat yourself to a glass of wine" if you feel like it Ditto for fish, potatoes, cheese or french fries. And above all, do not feel guilty! One condition however: to do exercises in return, and understand that they are part of your daily life. It means, train at least four days a week. "No excuses" says Tracy Anderson.

To summarize, Tracy Anderson recalls that it's important to have at least "two meals out of three that are incredibly healthyShe insists that it is essential to eat natural foods, not prepared meals, in short, adopt a new "philosophy of life." And start thinking again "as if you were a child. "Yes, at the age of six or seven children, would you have smoked? Bu much? Eat prepared dishes? Have you sat sitting idle for a whole day?
