A light summer: a dietary picnic directions for use

Armed with your plaid, your picnic kit, place to serious things ... the picnic menu! For a healthy and light picnic, there's no question of raiding chips, candies and other frozen quiches or pizza.
Prefer large salads, convenient to carry and good for the line! Idle? Think of the legendary Caesar salad made from grilled chicken for protein, grilled croutons, egg, tomatoes and some pine nuts for crispness and originality.

After 30 °, opt for a fresh salad with avocado, grapefruit, shrimps, pineapple. You already have water in your mouth? Revisit the cultured tomato-mozzarella with mini mozzarella balls, scented with fresh basil and a touch of balsamic vinegar.

And for the big appetites, think of the homemade pizza, but lightened: to be done one chooses the fresh tomato pulp, and for the filling, one avoids the recipe 4 cheeses!

And for dessert, if you have a cooler, why not make your homemade sorbets? For the lazy, think of a fresh fruit salad with pineapple, grape, melonn, strawberries, and blackberries ...
