A sporty comeback for the whole family!
These gyms are indeed suitable for children from 4 to 17 years old. To keep your children in good shape throughout the next school year, Circles of Form have prepared a program for each age group. While the parents keep themselves in shape, the children, who are in the same premises, can practice activities that will allow them to acquire the first bases of the sport.
The mini club for 4-5 years
Your child is preparing to take his first steps in the world of sport? The Circles de la Forme offer modules with a specific pedagogy adapted to the youngest. They can take courses of mini judo, awakening or initiation to dance.
For children from 6 to 13 years old
This gym offers children classes that are identical to their parents. During these sessions, they will be able to acquire the first bases of the sport and the improvement for the dance and the martial arts (full contact, judo, karate, capoeira, taeh kendo ...).
For teenagers 14 to 17 years old
the teens who often find it difficult to find their place, the Circles de la Forme offer them a dedicated time to meet and spend a sporting moment of conviviality and relaxation. They have the choice between dance classes or martial arts.
A novelty
Teen Cardio Fitness slots are sessions in which young people, always supervised by a teacher, take fitness classes and use bodybuilding and cardio machines with movements adapted to their changing anatomy.
