A very "fonky" top
Five years later Street art, sold more than 500,000 copies the Marseillais of the Fonky Family come back in force with the album Marginal music who takes the first place sales. Good news for rappers who had never reached, in three studio albums, the highest step of the ranking. Second place remains in the hands of Chimène Badi with the Live at Olympia, always followed by James Blunt and Back to Bedlam. The group Indochina, number one these two last weeks, is found fourth with Alice & June while Johnny Hallyday remains fifth with My truth. Among the few novelties, Zazie places his Rodeo tour in twelfth place. In the rank of the beautiful operations, Il Divo takes twelve places with Ancora (10th), Mylène Farmer, carried by her concerts in Bercy, gains 21 ranks with Before the shadow... (15th) and Katie Melua jumped 18 positions with Piece by piece (27e).
On the singles side, Juanes keeps first place sales with The camisa negra. He leads the young Myriam Abel who makes a beautiful entrance with the tube Given, composed by Lara Fabian and her companion Jean-Félix Lalanne. Madonna is third with Hung up followed by Tina Arena who seems to like the fourth position with Love even the impossible. Johnny Hallyday is fifth with My most beautiful Christmas. Many French entries: Natasha St Pier class An angel knock at my door in sixth place, Marc Lavoine is eighth with You my love and Patrick Fiori lands eleventh with All the penalties.
