After giving birth: say stop to baby blues

After'delivery, it is not uncommon for the mum feels a great weariness. This is also the moment when she wonders about her ability to be a mother: will I know how to take care of my child, will I be a good mum... To this is often added the fatigue of thedelivery, insomnia, awakenings to take care of baby. The young mum look also at her body that no longer matches what she knew before being pregnant. Hence a loss of bearings and a tendency to depression.

The baby blues occurs three to ten days after thedelivery and lasts only a few times. It is a transient state that requires only rest and understanding on the part of loved ones. But beyond two weeks, a consultation is necessary to avoid falling into depression.

To defeat the baby blues, it is first necessary to regain strength. Eat what you want, plan with your lover a special cure maternity to get you back very quickly from thedelivery while pampering you. Make an appointment with the hairdresser, go to the beautician, give yourself flowers or a pendant, in short take care of yourself.

To avoid falling into depression, share your fears, fears and questions with your loved ones. Ask your mother, your sister or your best friend for advice. And do not forget: the mum it's you. So ignore the unpleasant comments and regain your self-confidence. Soon, the happiness of being with baby will take over.
