Originally, there is the kefir milk, obtained after fermentation of sheep's milk. Then another kefir appeared, the fruit kefir. The drink is simple to prepare. In a very clean vase, place 50 grams of kefir seeds, pour 5 liters of water and 250 grams of powdered sugar. Stir and let stand for three days. Once this time has elapsed, pass through a thin cloth the product that you put immediately into resealable bottles. Do not discard the grains, they will serve you for the next use. The drink thus obtained after fermentation is slightly alcoholic due to fermentation. The kefir is then ready to be consumed. The benefits of kefir are numerous.
