All about slimming coaching

Most coaches thinness base their method on a real change of food hygiene rather than a diet called "slimming". Whether you have five small pounds to lose or twenty, the goal is the same: relearn to feed you properly and discover a new food mode. This is the key to success in losing those extra pounds without taking them back later. The diet put in place can also be accompanied by physical exercises, hence the existence of many coaches who specialize in sports and dietetics.
 
The coaching thinness asks for work on oneself. Being accompanied is a plus, but you will not lose those pounds by snapping your fingers! Gradually, over the course of the sessions, you will come to identify the causes of the problem and learn to live better with your environment, to make you responsible and to draw a line on your harmful behaviors.
 
Why a coach and not a nutritionist? The coach will have more opportunity to dwell on the reasons for your sudden or progressive weight gain and may accompany you more regularly than a nutritionist. Being coached will allow you to not find yourself alone with your anxieties and your small drops in morale and motivation. Regularity and dialogue: these are the keys to success. Of course, in some cases, consulting a nutritionist does not exclude the use of a coach; and vice versa !
