Apple and cinnamon fondant
1 kg of apples (golden, royal gala or canada), 50g of butter, 1c of cinnamon, 1cc of sugar.
Preheat the oven to 150 °.
Peel the apples and slice them finely with the cutting robot. Melt the butter, mix it with cinnamon and sugar. Put the apples in a dish, spread the hot mixture over it and bake for 1 hour. The apples should brown (cover with aluminum foil while cooking if necessary). Serve with a grapefruit sorbet or more classic, a custard.
Steps :
1 ° Place sliced apples in dish.
2 ° Sprinkle butter cinnamon, sugar + bake.
