Back Back: preparing for the start

The sleep

During the holidays, there is often a tendency to be more lax than during the school period, especially with regard to bedtime. But beware, a tired child is not a concentrated child. Think about the rhythm of your children
The ideal is to restore the rhythm of theschool about a week before D-Day. The internal clock thus has time to get used to little by little. Do not worry if your child has trouble finding sleep early. As the days go by, everything will be back to normal. According to the Sleep Health Institute, a child in primary school needs 11 hours of sleep per night, 10 hours for high school, and 9 hours for high school students.

The schoolbag

The clothe

To mark this return in a higher class, buy an outfit for the event. Proud of his new clothes, your child will forget the stress of this first day.

The breakfast
