Thanks to her established connections during her previous work, she finds an internship in La Baule in a big hotel and gets to know the different sectors of the hotel industry. After graduating brilliantly, she was hired for six months as a housekeeper in a beautiful hotel in Dinard, which has 90 rooms. "It was a difficult experience, but I wanted to be aware of that work too, and in ten days I became governess general and I headed 17 people."
At the end of his contract, a fixed position is proposed to Veronique, but she refuses. There, was not his goal. This experience reinforces her idea of acquiring a small structure to establish links with customers. "I wanted a hotel that looks like a family home where exchanges, discussions with customers are possible."
