BMI 30 to 35: moderate obesity

The risks of having weight-related health problems are therefore high. Coronary heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, strokes ... all the health problems that your weight exposes you to. If doing too much (or bad) eating weighs heavily in obesity, it is not the only factor at the origin even if it participates strongly.
