Books: Marc Levy wins the prize for sales

With 1,462,000 copies sold, the novelist Marc Levy is the big winner of the 2007 literary year in France. The author of Children of freedom and of My friends, my loves alone weighs 16 million euros.
Guillaume Musso makes an unexpected breakthrough in the ranking of novelists most sellers in 2007. It alone accounts for 12.5 million euros. The top 3 of this list is completed by Muriel Barbery. His surprise novel The elegance of the hedgehog alone generated 12.3 million euros in profits.
