We recommend Nuits d'Ivresse, Catherine and Pierre Breton, produced in Restigné:
A greedy and fruity red. On the nose, notes of red fruits, raspberries and blueberries, with scents of undergrowth and leather. Its palate is supple, round and fruity, with a pleasant acidity that brings a pleasant finish.

The good agreement: Charcuterie, terrines, grilled or roasted meats.
