Buttocks hell for summer: we jump rope

Stop the received ideas: after the hula hoop, it is the turn of the skipping rope to enter the gyms ! More punchy than one might think, the Jump Fit is all the rage in gyms connected. On a furious play list, one jumps in rhythm while chaining movements of fitness.

What benefits?

If like me you have never been very good at skipping rope at school, catch up !!! After a few sessions, we jump all lightness and we start to feel the benefits: more toned legs, calves refined, abs that are drawn. In addition, we work on its endurance and coordination (again a catch-up session is required)
