Can we make a child lose weight without a diet?

The ideal is obviously to prevent before reaching the stage of obesity.
We do not propose to children of diet as in the adult, but we can help thechild on two points:
- Avoiding hours in front of the television, offering physical activity, even walking (walking to school instead of driving) and running.
- Offer him a balanced diet, adapted to his age and preserving his ability to grow.
