To make these funny cakes, a beautiful cardboard box made of forty small mussels and a pot of Vahiné pearls will seduce the children but also the parents. Here are the three deliciously good recipes:
Chocolate (for 10 to 15 cupcakes)
Melt 85 grams of dark chocolate and allow to cool. During this time, beat 110 grams of soft and soft butter with a teaspoon of cream until you get a creamy mixture. Then, you have to incorporate the chocolate and mix it to obtain a homogeneous paste. You can use the icing immediately or keep it for up to two days out of the refrigerator in an airtight box.
Sugar (for 10 to 15 cupcakes)
Mix egg whites with 80 grams of icing sugar. The frosting must be a little thick and especially not too liquid to spread it more easily. You have to add a little icing sugar if it's too liquid. Then you have to coat the cakes with a spatula. Little more: perfume the icing with a few drops of orange blossom, rose water, lemon juice, violet ...
With vanilla (10 to 15 cupcakes)
Put in the bowl of the mixer: 65 grams of soft and soft butter, 130 grams of icing sugar, 40 grams of whipping cream and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mix everything until the dough has an ideal texture to be spread easily on the cakes. To make cakes of all colors, you must add a few drops of food coloring in the vanilla icing or sugar.
Tips:
If you do not have a piping bag, you can use a freezer bag at an angle. For the cupcakes to be even greedy, sprinkle on the icing pretty multicolored pearls.
