Ingredients (for 6 people)
300 g of cream Brown vanilla
125 g of butter
200 g of chocolate black
1 tbsp. bitter cocoa + end presentation
Melt the butter over low heat. Cut the fire and add the chocolate broken into pieces. Mix.
As soon as it is melted, add the cream of chestnuts and cocoa powder. Whip to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Add the cream of chestnuts and whip again.
Store in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Shape dumplings by rolling them in the hands and then in the cocoa powder.
Reserve in the refrigerator and take them out 30 minutes before serving.
If you do not make the recipe for children, add 1 tablespoon whiskey or cognac.
