115 g flour

Preparation (20 minutes, plus 25 minutes of cooking)

Meanwhile, mix eggs, sugar and flour in a bowl (keep a few grams for the ramekins).
Integrate the first device to the second. Do not whip.
Shirt 20 ramekins with butter and flour: you will unmold desserts more easily afterwards. Pour the device. Bake at 60 ° C for 20 minutes.
Unmould, sprinkle with icing sugar, accompany with chocolate grated white.
