1. Preheat your oven to Th.7 (200 ° C).
2. Prepare the rolled biscuit: melt the chocolate with the butter for 2 minutes at 500W in the microwave oven. Add the flour. Mix. Add the eggs, the sugar.
3. Add the dice of bananas and of pears.
4. Butter and flour a baking sheet. Pour over the dough keeping about 2 cm thick (the biscuit should make a rectangle of about 25 by 40 cm) and cook about 15 minutes.
