Chocolate cake with bananas and pears

A recipe offered by Nestlé Dessert

 

DESSERT for 8 servings

Cooking time: 15 minutes

Preparation: 30 minutes

 

Your market:

5 eggs

100 g caster sugar

60 g of soft butter

100g of flour

1 perry

1 banana

200 g strawberries

2 tablets of NESTLE DESSERT with milk

Almond paste of color

 

1. Preheat your oven to Th.7 (200 ° C).

2. Prepare the rolled biscuit: melt the chocolate with the butter for 2 minutes at 500W in the microwave oven. Add the flour. Mix. Add the eggs, the sugar.

3. Add the dice of bananas and of pears.

4. Butter and flour a baking sheet. Pour over the dough keeping about 2 cm thick (the biscuit should make a rectangle of about 25 by 40 cm) and cook about 15 minutes.

5. Unmould the biscuit. Cut out 2 corners at the bottom to make the veils. Cut a bar of 4 cm cake at the top the whole length for the mas.

6. Cut the strawberries into strips, garnish with a veil, cover a veil of white marzipan.

7. Cover the bottom of the hull with green almond paste on half and make 4 portholes of white almond paste.
