Recipe for 4 people of this Imperial Beer by Sonia Ezgulian:
- 20 cl of beer Christmas
- 12 cl of Mandarine Napoléon
- 4 litchis
- and 100 gr of sugar.
Arrange the sugar in a small plate.
Moisten slightly around the edge of a cocktail glass and then pass it on the plate of sugar.
Let the sugar dry for a few moments.
Pour 3 cl of mandarin orange into each glass and place a lychee on a wooden stick.
Pour gently without lathering the Beer Christmas very cool.
Serve immediately and above all consume with moderation and Happy Christmas !
