Conjugal disputes would be good for your health

According to an American study published in the January edition of the journal Journal of family Communication, the marital disputes would be good for the health. This work, conducted with 192 couples, followed for 17 years, shows that couples who do not express their anger would have an early mortality risk twice as high as those who do not hesitate to enter into conflict.

The survey also reveals that after a 17-year period, if neither partner has externalized his anger against the other, there would be an average of five times the risk that one of the two spouses died.
