Cook meat without fat

You have often had to hear it but it is important to repeat it, eating meat is essential for a varied and healthy diet. The meat are sources of protein, iron, phosphorus, zinc and vitamins B6 and B12. The meat also contain fats but to consume a very small part of fats, it is enough to choose well the meat and to know how to cook them.

Some nutritionists have given us valuable tips to learn how to eat all meat while taking care of his health. For beef, prefer the steak in the sirloin or round nut to steak. Do not hesitate to ask your butcher to advise you on the leanest parts of the red meat. For pork, also fatty meat, prefer to taste the fillets. Poultry, on the other hand, is less fat than the others. It is advisable for people who want to take care of their diet not to consume their skin. Some will say it's the best, they will not be wrong but note that it is also the most fat part! The lightest parts are the leanest.

Whatever meat you are going to cook, first remove all the apparent fat. For cooking, remove all frying. Try baking, roasting or steaming. Finally, regularly remove the excess fat that melts during cooking, and avoid (as far as possible) to accompany your meat with butter sauce or other creams. That gourmands can reassure themselves, a well cooked meat without fat is as good as a meat and its sauce!
