Coteaux du Languedoc, red wine from Languedoc

Wine region: Languedoc-Roussillon
Designation of origin: Coteaux du Languedoc
This AOC is demanding: its development must respect local practices and the grapes, harvested at good maturity, must be brought quickly to the winemaking sites to avoid any risk of oxidation. Its volume of alcohol is imperatively 11.5%. And on the label, "Coteaux du Languedoc" must be written with the largest characters.

We recommend Montpeyroux, Domaine d'Aupilhac, produced by Sylvain Fadat in Montpeyroux:
From the blend of five grape varieties, this wine is a true expression of the terroir. With a dark garnet hue from picked grapes with a strong maturity, it combines a good olfactory complexity with a great length in the mouth.
Vintage to privilege: 2003, but still young: this wine ages very well and will reach its peak in five to seven years
Indicated price : 16? about.
The good agreement: Beef fillet with chanterelles. Game with strawberry reduction.
