- 25 cl of milk
- 60 g caster sugar
- 7 egg yolks
- 3 tbsp. tablespoons chicory liquid Red
- 50 cl of liquid cream
- 6 tbsp. brown sugar (or brown verbena)
The recipe for chicory crème brûlée:
Preheat the oven th. 3/4 (100 ° C).
In a bowl or a mixer, mix the milk, sugar, egg yolks,
the chicory Red Liquid and liquid cream.
Pour the mixture into ramekins on top and bake.
Cook 1 hour.
Take out the ramekins creme brulee from the oven and let them cool.
