Crushed tangy beetroot and grilled tournedos

Crushed sugared beetroot and toasted tournedos 

4 tournedos, 200g cooked beetroot, 3 tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon water, 2 tablespoons sherry.

Cut beets into pieces, cook on low heat with honey and water for 15 minutes. Add the vinegar and cook 5 '. Mix together, salt and pepper. Rectify the seasoning and serve with a grilled tournedos.
 
Steps :

1 ° Cook beet cube with water, honey + vinegar.

2 ° Season and mix.
