Cyril Lignac, itinerary of a freshly starred chef

Formed by the greatest 

Born in Rodez in Aveyron in 1977, Cyril Lignac began his apprenticeship in his region, in Villefranche-de-Rouergue, in the hotel school Saint Joseph. At 23, the young chef arrives in Paris and joins the brigade of the prestigious restaurantAlain Passard, L'Arpège, as a kitchen clerk. For several years, he developed his art, offering a refined cuisine, elegant and always a bit off, centered on high quality products. Cyril Lignac confirms his style in 2008 by taking over the bistro The Chardenoux, built in 1908 and registered with the Historical Monuments. Offering a modernized version of local recipes, it offers authentic cuisine that it tends to want to transmit.

The Parisian ascent

While he continues to animate programs on the kitchen, Cyril Lignac Logically decides to create his culinary creation workshop, Kitchen Attitude by Cyril Lignac, in the 11th arrondissement of Paris. The following year, the young chef continues his ascent by taking over Claude Sainlouis, which he renamed the Chardenoux des Près in which he declines his bistro cuisine. Some months later, Cyril Lignac continues to diversify by opening Pastry by Cyril Lignac with Benoît Couvrant. Very invested in these different establishments, Cyril Lignac has worked for more than ten years to make a name for itself, it is now done with this first star in the Michelin Guide which places The fifteenth among the best French restaurants.
