The name of this dessert is a tribute to a great Russian dancer: Anna Pavlova, who toured Australia in the 1920s.
1 tablespoon cornflour
4 egg whites
220 g of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of vinegar
20 dl whipped cream
2 dark chocolate tiles
Preheat the oven to 150 ° C.
Beat the egg whites until stiff, adding sugar, vinegar and vanilla little by little, until you obtain a dense and homogeneous mixture.
Spread this meringue mixture in a dish, on a sheet of parchment paper sprinkled with cornstarch.
Cook for 1 hour 15 minutes and let cool.
Decorate with the whipped cream, the fruits cut into pieces. Sprinkle the grated chocolate on the surface.
