Discover a sport: urban training

Urban training is a sport which is inspired by yamakasi, these suburban athletes who created their discipline by climbing buildings. Created in the spring of 2008, the urban training is a one-and-a-half hour fitness trail where we will use everything we can find as street furniture to make sport in the open air, in a dynamic and playful atmosphere.
