Eat at the table

This may seem surprising to you as a tip for stay in shape and not getting fat, but many people eat standing up and do not take the time to sit down to eat. It is therefore important to find the pleasure of making real meals and take them to the table and if possible without having the television on. This will not only prevent you from nibbling anything, no matter how, but in addition to chatting with your family or if you are alone to appreciate your food
