Erotic board games: the opinion of a sexologist

What do you think of this new craze for erotic board games?
Milene Leroy: From the moment it can help to put a little spice, recreate a link in the couple, to break the daily, why not. It's not something I offer to the couples I receive, but I have nothing against it either.

The fact of making sex a game, a playful moment, it is positive according to you?
Milene Leroy: If it brings something to the couple, if people are comfortable with the game, yes. One must not feel forced to please the other. Between two consenting people, it can bring new sensuality, eroticism sometimes a little eroded in long-time couples.

In the end, what do you think is important for a good sexual relationship in the couple?
Milene Leroy: The important thing is to take time, for oneself, for the couple. I often advise the couple I work with to take the time to meet, to take time for the couple. If this can be done through the game, so much the better. But whether it's a game, a stroll, a restaurant, whatever you do to meet, to fuel the passion, it's positive. Indeed, many couples tend to forget, to cross, not to communicate, to let themselves be taken by the daily. Here, the game can help to get back into a communication bubble on the sexuality, thelove. In the end, whatever the way, the important thing is to really take the time.
