Families of explorers: Bruno L'Appartien "I am a pain"

Why participate in families of explorers?
Because I wanted to be a kind father! (laughs) It was my youngest son, Jean-Baptiste, who took the initiative. I did not want to expose myself but to participate, it was necessary the father! And with my oldest son, Alexis (there are 4 girls in the middle), we thought it would be nice and that it would bring the two brothers. So I managed to get my vacation and we left, all happy, it's as if we had already won! And then I was scout, my children too, plus a trip to the end of the world as it is very attractive.

Have there been tensions between you?
I am pretty dirigiste, I am the pain of my family ; I like that things go in my direction, but I try to be an example for my children. I tried to advise the best young people, to make them understand that we had to check the equipment, while they were especially there to enjoy. I understood that we needed a balance between the generations.

What has changed at home as a man and a father?
This created an osmosis between us: already we all trained before the game, to ride a bike, swimming, which we rarely did together before! And it brought life to our years 2010 and 2011. It was a trigger for me, to enjoy life with my children, to have fun ... A real catalyst for all family.
