Father's Day is less successful than Mother's Day: why?
33% of Internet users feel that Mother's Day is more publicized. Nearly 22% feel that there is no difference between the two holidays, which are generally held in May and June. About 18% believe that dads are less sensitive. For 15% of you, gifts for moms are easier to find. For 13%, it seems that children are more attentive towards their mother.
For 53% of Internet users polled, Mother's Day and the fathers Day are a good opportunity to please a loved one. For nearly 32% of respondents, the fathers Day is a purely commercial holiday. For 15% of you, it is more difficult to find a gift to dad.
And the budget for Father's Day?
Internet users should be rather generous with their dad. 31% foresee a budget ranging from 15 to 30 euros. 25% of respondents intend to spend between 30 to 45 euros. 24% will put more than 45 euros. On the other hand, 20% of you will not put more than 15 euros.
And the gift ideas for the fathers Day ?
For 41% of Internet users, the gift idea, which comes up most often, is the watch provided it is trendy and eco-friendly. 25% of people intend to offer a bike so that dad gets back in shape before the summer holidays. 24% will offer him a cookbook and 10% a Facebook guide for dummies.
Touslesprix.com, the pioneer of price comparison on the Internet, conducted its survey of 1,107 Internet users from May 16 to 17.
