Preparation: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
. 5 cl of water
. 5 cl of milk
. 50 g of butter
. 100g of flour
. 50 g grated emmental cheese
. 3 eggs
. 1 pinch of salt
. Optional: sweet pepper

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 220 ° C (thermostat 8)
In a saucepan, put the water, the milk, the salt, the butter.
Bring to a boil. Remove from fire.
Add the sifted flour all at once. Mix until a homogeneous mix is ​​obtained.
Cook until the dough comes off the spatula and bottom of the pan.
Out of the fire, add the eggs one by one, mixing well.
Stir in grated Emmental and chilli if necessary.
Cover the baking tray with baking paper. Using a small spoon or a pastry bag, make small, well separated piles and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
