Ingredients for 4 persons :
1 Grapefruit of Florida
2 tablespoons of jasmine tea
4 sugars (or more according to taste)


From the recipe:
Peel the Grapefruit from Florida. Rub the sugars on the zests and reserve them.
Remove the envelope on 2 quarters of grapefruitcrumble the pulp.
Let infuse the jasmine tea and pass it in 4 bowls. Then gently put the pulp on the tea.
Serve hot with sugar rubbed with zest.
