Food for a beautiful skin

The lemon
This little citrus is a real source of good for our skin. Antioxidants concentrated in zest and pips make the skin free radicals responsible for aging skin. So do not hesitate to grate the zest or pass the seeds to the mixer to incorporate them in salads or dishes in sauce. It can also be used externally to limit the appearance of wrinkles on the face. Simply scrub the skin with half a lemon.
 
Red fruits
The red fruits are rich in anthocyanins, pigments visible to the naked eye, responsible for the pink, red, mauve, violet or blue red fruit coloring. These are found in significant amounts in the pulp, skin and seeds of blueberries, blackcurrants, red grapes, strawberries, raspberries, currants, blackberries, cowberry, sea buckthorn, red peaches, black elder ... Reduable against aging the skin, they fight against the alteration of collagen fibers guaranteeing the tissue "tone". The kiwi

The kiwi is eaten raw as well as cooked, along with fish or meat.
 
Chocolate
Good news for gourmands! Redoubtable against stress, chocolate is also a weapon against aging skin. The pod and cocoa bean are naturally rich in vitamins A, B, C, E and potassium, magnesium, iron, calcium and copper. Cocoa also contains flavonoids, antioxidants used extensively by anti-aging creams to fight free radicals, sworn enemies of the youth of the skin.
 
Oily fish
A true ally of our health, fish is of undeniable interest from a nutritional point of view. Rich in protein, vitamins B, A, D (for the fatter), it appears as the best source of omega-3, protective effect fatty acids (found in sardines, mackerel, herring, salmon) trout ...). Oily fish also contain vitamin F, which helps beautify and rejuvenate the epidermis. To enjoy its protective effects, do not deprive yourself and eat it twice a week.
 
Green leafy vegetables
To be enjoyed especially in winter, spinach, leek, cardoon, celery branch, chard, sorrel ... are full of vitamins and minerals. They also contain phytochemicals that help stimulate the production of immune system enzymes. Vitamin C participates in the development of collagen. It activates renewal and promotes nutrition cells.
