Foods that give energy

To regain some pep, we take care to consume fruits and vegetables suppliers of vitamin C: peppers, citrus, mango, papaya, guava or strawberries. We think less but parsley is also very rich in vitamin C. We also choose fruit rich in antioxidants and vitamin E: avocado, kiwi, blueberries, mango. You can also opt for goji berries, pomegranate or cranberry fruit juice. We also think of sprouted seeds, seeds that are a concentrate of energizing nutrients. Play on the colors of vegetables and fruits to have your quota of vitamins, antioxidants and beta-carotene: to be sure to have a varied and complete intake, there must be a rainbow on your plate.

Drinking smoothies can also be interesting: opt for the combination of mango / papaya or carrot / orange and ground ginger. In addition, fresh fruits and vegetables give vitality. For example, everything is in season: tomatoes, aubergines and zucchini, peppers, asparagus cooked or raw.

Also target fat by selecting those that are rich in Omega 3 like rapeseed oil or nuts. Flaxseed and sprouted seeds are also a good source of intake of these essential fatty acids. Besides other seeds (sesame or flax) are also very interesting. Add pulses to your menu at least once a week (lentils, kidney beans, chick peas ...). Vary your consumption of cereals by opting for example for quinoa, buckwheat, millet or oats, rich in protein and magnesium. Replace the white bread with rye bread or wholemeal bread. And also use spices, very energizing.

A food varied, balanced is essential for well-being, health and motivation!
