Once past Christmas, it is the Epiphany that must be celebrated and as every year, the pastry chefs redouble originality to imagine kittens of Kings all more delicious than each other. Fans of frangipane will not be disappointed, the traditional ingredient of the galette des kings of our ancestors still holds the road; but lovers of thrills in cooking will be delighted too.

This year, the galettes des Rois are adorned with unusual colors and cascading perfumes. Blackcurrant, pear, chocolate, cherry caramel and we pass ... Specials to the galette des Rois rose-raspberry praline found at Picard (5.95? For 4/6 pers.) Or the cake of Kings from the collaboration between the prestigious Lenôtre House and ... Harley-Davidson!

This unusual union was born a galette while rim and alloy stylized! In tasting, it is subtle and melting thanks to the combination of a rum baba crown, pastry cream or whipped cream. A whole program that we would not have dared to imagine!

Now, the problem is that we will have to have a big appetite to succeed to taste them all!
