Ghosts who have rhythm

In this collection of news, music and literature blend well: the central characters in these stories are the great masters of jazz. A topic of inspiration without limits for the authors, since these pioneers, of Django Reinhardt to Billie Holiday, while passing by Sidney Bechet, are today so mythical that one can almost wonder if they really existed.
Suddenly, the twenty-two authors of these fantastic stories were able to take all the liberties on the biographies of these "legends". Thus we learn that Paolo Conte made a pact with the devil, that a French journalist saved the life of Duke Ellington, beaten to death by racist militia, or that Boris Vian plays cattle in Paradise.
At the origin of this collection, Alain Pozzuoli is passionate about music. He has written songs for Magali Noël and Marie Laforêt, a play about Billie Holiday and several anthologies. He called on writers from very different backgrounds, such as director Nadine Monfils, former member of rock band Taxi Girl Daniel Darc, actress Florence Maury and journalist Jerome Pierrat.
