Duck breast lacquered with honey and spices
1 red cabbage, 150g of mirabelle plums, 1 onion, 1cc of sugar, 1 pinch of 4 spices, 1cc of sherry vinegar, salt and pepper.
Fry the chopped onion and the grated cabbage in a pan with a drizzle of oil. Cover and cook gently for about 1/2 h. Add the thawed mirabelles, the sugar, the 4 spices, vinegar, salt and pepper. Let it simmer for about 15 minutes.
