Mash potatoes green at the
lawyer and peas
20 minutes of preparation - 20 minutes of cooking
ingredients
2
lawyers400 g frozen peas
1 or 2 lemons (green is good too)
4 sprigs of basil
4 sprigs of mint
salt pepper
4 salmon pavers
a bit of Asian hot sauce
Preparation
Cook the peas 6-7 mn in boiling water and mix in
mash potatoes with washed basil leaves dried.
Salt and pepper well. Overwrite
lawyer with a fork, sprinkle with lemon, salt and pepper too, and add mint leaves (washed, dried) finely chopped.
We can also mix
lawyer if you prefer a smoother texture.
Sear the salmon steaks.
Stack on each plate
mash potatoes peas,
mash potatoes of
lawyer and salmon and drizzle with sauce. Serve with the hot sauce.
