100 g of soft butter
3 c. of Cognac

Immerse the lobsters in slightly salted boiling water and cook for a minute. Drain and let cool. Cut the lobsters in half and remove the ladle and hose. Book them lobsters.
Whip the butter with the Cognac, salt and pepper.
Preheat the oven to grill position.
Brush generously lobsters creamed Cognac butter and place them on the oven rack. Bake and grill 6 to 8 minutes.
Serve right out of the oven.
